By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms:

Before I can start any commission I must be paid upfront, if I do not receive payment I will not begin work on the commission.
Payment for USD is through Paypal, VGen or Ko-Fi
Payment for CNY/RMB is through Pipipen, Alipay, or Wechat

After receiving and confirming payment, I will start work on the commission. I will have the commissioner approve the Sketch and Line Art stages, Color stages if the character's design is complex, to ensure the colors are correct. Ensure each stage is how you want it.
Don't hold back at all and let me know if anything needs to be fixed, once the coloring stage is completed I will no longer provide any changes nor a refund as its essentially a finished product.

Turnarounds for commissions can range from a week to two months. If at any point I have yet to respond or give an update on your commission, message me so I can get back to you with a timeframe.
Please refrain from asking every minute or every hour for an update, I'll get to you as soon as I can but might end up refunding if it persists.

Commissioners are free to upload/share their commissions (unless its on e621), use as profile pictures, banners or for any personal use and naturally do credit me for the work each time. I do not wish for my work to be used for any sort of commercial use unless we spoken about it prior.
Under no circumstance should my artwork should not be fed to/train AI nor be minted into a NFT or anything to do with the blockchain.

I have every right to decline a commission if I feel I cannot do the character justice or if I'm uncomfortable with it.
